1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using QoFast (the “App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). The App is operated by Qorinx (“we”, “our”, or “us”). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

QoFast is a fasting tracker application designed for intermittent and extended fasting. The App provides fasting timers, body-status phase tracking with 13 physiological milestones, water and mood tracking, fasting history and statistics, and educational content about fasting physiology. QoFast is intended for use by healthy adults aged 18 and over. The App does not provide medical advice and is not a substitute for professional medical guidance.

3. Health Disclaimer

QoFast is a wellness and tracking tool, not a medical device. The educational content about fasting phases and milestones provides general information based on published fasting research and should not be considered medical advice. Always consult your healthcare provider before beginning any fasting program, especially if you are pregnant, nursing, have diabetes, an eating disorder, or any other medical condition. You use QoFast at your own risk.

4. Account Registration

You may use the app as a guest (anonymous sign-in). Creating an account (via Apple Sign-In, Google Sign-In, or email/password) enables cloud sync and cross-device access. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must provide accurate information and be at least 18 years of age.

5. Subscriptions & Payments

QoFast offers free and Pro tiers. Pro subscriptions are available as weekly ($2.99/week), monthly ($7.99/month), or annual ($59.99/year with a 7-day free trial) plans, billed through Apple App Store or Google Play Store. By subscribing, you agree to the following:

• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• Payment is charged to your App Store, Play Store, or payment method at confirmation of purchase
• You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your device’s store settings or your account page
• Refunds for in-app purchases are handled by Apple or Google according to their respective policies
• Web subscriptions can be cancelled at any time with one click

6. Content & Intellectual Property

All content within QoFast, including but not limited to the user interface, milestone descriptions, educational materials, illustrations, and blog content, is the intellectual property of Qorinx and protected by copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without written permission. Your fasting data, mood entries, water logs, and other personal data you enter remain yours.

7. Availability & Limitations

We strive to keep QoFast available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The fasting timer works offline; cloud sync requires an internet connection.

Free tier: All intermittent fasting protocols (16:8, 18:6, 20:4, OMAD), custom fasts up to 24 hours, all 13 physiological milestones with notifications, water and mood tracking, weight tracking, scheduled fasts, weekly stats chart, last 7 days of history, 8 achievement badges, and daily reminders.

Pro tier: Everything in Free, plus: extended fasting with prep/refeed phases (3, 5, 7-day and custom), custom fasts over 24 hours, automatic eating/fasting cycle management, full unlimited history, monthly trend analytics, zone time distribution statistics, and CSV data export.

8. Account Termination

You may delete your account at any time through the App. Upon deletion, all your data will be permanently removed from our servers within 30 days. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

QoFast is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. The milestone descriptions and fasting phase information are for educational purposes only and may not apply to every individual.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Qorinx shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of QoFast, including but not limited to any health effects from fasting practices tracked or suggested by the App.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the Netherlands.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via the App. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
